Nuclear Family is the first book from Thomas James and consists of poetry he composed as part of his healing journey after suffering from severe burnout, an adult adoption gone wrong, the death of a narcissistic parent, and a CPTSD diagnosis, all in about a year. The poems in this book deal with issues of difficult family dynamics, trauma, betrayal, letting go, and personal development.

About Thomas
Thomas James is a human male. He is a citizen of the United States of America, but nobody asked him. He is a Coloradan who was unfortunately born in New York, but this has been corrected. He was, at one point, 23 years old, but now he’s 47. He recently broke, but now he’s building something better out of the pieces.
